Business Events Australia’s signature incentive showcase brought some 94 qualified international buyers and 19 media representatives into Brisbane, a city ready to embrace modern industries like emerging technologies and start-ups.

Brisbane was selected to host Dreamtime 2017 at a time of major investment in infrastructure, hotel builds, new incentive products and experiences. The showcase is set to expand on the city’s strong track record of hosting major international events, including the G20 Brisbane Summit, the World Science Festival Brisbane, and most recently, the Rugby League World Cup 2017.

Australian sellers across all states and territories met with buyers and media on Monday, December 4th 2017, at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, to provide product updates and competitive advantages that draw buyers who are seeking to encourage and reward high performances within their teams with the ultimate goal of achieving better business outcomes.

Brisbane rolled out their local champion influencers including renowned “Mao’s Last Dancer” Li Cunxin and World Welterweight Champion boxer Jeff Horn who shared their excitement of the $10 billion infrastructure development to boost the city’s tourism, business events, retail and residential offerings by 2022 at an exclusive meet-and-greet session at rooftop bar, Eleven.
