Asia Pacific – Oakwood Worldwide has rolled out its Guest Mobile App which provides access to reservation information and guest services on a single platform to guests in the Asia Pacific market.
Launched successfully in the United States earlier, the programme provides personalised check-in information, utilises GPS for easy directions to the properties and enables guests to submit service requests, including the function to upload photos for quick resolution.
Available for download for desktop, iOs and Android devices, business travellers can access all their travel information instantly on arrival into a new city. The Guest Mobile App eliminates the need to print move-in instructions and local maps by hosting all reservation information in one place, enabling guests to easily reach and settle into their new environment.
In Asia Pacific, Oakwood Worldwide will roll-out the Guest Mobile App to major markets such as Singapore, Australia and Japan in the initial stage and thereafter to the entire region. The roll out will continue in the EMEA region later in 2016.
