The newly appointed director of sales and marketing brings over eight years of experience in meetings, incentives, conferences and events and corporate markets towards launching the Andaz brand in Southeast Asia.
Federica Brugnara joins Andaz Singapore after her stints at Park Hyatt Saigon, Park Hyatt Beijing and Park Hyatt Dubai.
“As this is the first Andaz to be launched in Southeast Asia, I am excited to be leading our Sales and Marketing team in establishing the brand’s name in the region. Being a lifestyle-focused brand, Andaz is entering the mature Singapore market to offer a boutique-inspired hotel experience coupled with the assurance of Hyatt’s renowned hospitality standards,” said Brugnara.
An Italian national, Brugnara completed her studies at the University of Trieste, Italy, with a Masters in Tourism Management.
In her free time, Federica is an avid runner, having participated in a number of ultramarathons internationally. Her passion for running has taken her to different places and she has made it her personal goal to participate in at least one race each year.
Andaz Singapore aims to bring stimulating new experiences to this internationally acclaimed city, immersing guests in the eclectic districts of Kampong Glam and Bugis. The premium downtown property will offer 342 guestrooms, residential-style event venues with floor-to-ceiling windows and loft kitchens, the only rooftop bar in the downtown area with 360-degree views and a street-dining-in-the-sky food and beverage concept at Alley on 25.
