Singaporean GM heads up PARKROYAL on Pickering

Singapore – Pan Pacific Hotels Group has appointed its first Singaporean GM - Gino Tan, banking on his 20 years of hospitality experience in Singapore, London, and China to manage the PARKROYAL on Pickering property.

Gino Tan was previously general manager of Millennium Hotel London Mayfair in the UK, where he was tasked to prepare the hotel for an extensive refurbishment. He was also general manager of Grand Millennium Beijing and New World Hotel in Dalian, effectively acquiring in-depth operations knowledge in China.

Tan also spent the first 15 years of his hospitality career working in sales and marketing at Omni Marco Polo Hotel, Merchant Court Hotel and Raffles Hotel in Singapore, as well as Swissotel Beijing and Raffles Hotel Beijing.
